Furthermore, you should have sound knowledge and expertise: equivalent to that obtainable at Ulm University of Applied Sciences (THU) in the Bachelor's degree program Medical Engineering. As a student on the Bachelor's degree program Mechatronics, you can obtain the required knowledge and expertise if, before finishing your course, you select and successfully complete the appropriate modules offered by the Bachelor's degree program Medical Engineering.
Other prerequisites are a good knowledge of German and English, as well as successful participation in a selection interview, where you must achieve a grade of at least "pass" (4.0).
The degree program MMD is offered in both the winter and the summer semester. You must submit your application by June 1 for the winter semester or December 1 for the summer semester. These are cut-off dates. That means applications which are received later will not be considered, even if missing the deadline was not your fault. Here it is the date which the application reaches the University of Applied Sciences which is important, and not the postmark.Since your application can only be processed if all the documentation is complete and submitted by the deadline, you should apply early so that any questions arising can be clarified in time before the close of applications.
